Productivity Toolbar

The Productivity Toolbar contains many commonly used features and customized functions that help you automate  formatting and adjustments.
Resize Same Size
You can set object 2 to either the same height / same width / same size as object 1.

This is one of our favorite functions.

This function comes in 3 variations, resize same width, resize same height and resize same size. You have 2 objects, object 1 and object 2.
Use Case
  • Resizing text boxes to make sure they are equally sized.
  • Resizing icons/images to make sure they are equally sized.

Swap positions
Allows you to swap the positions of 2 objects in PowerPoint.
Use Case
  • Replacing icons
  • Swapping positions between anything! textboxes, pictures, etc.

Proportional Resize
Proportionally resize one object relative to the size of your selected object.
Use Case
  • Proportional resize is fantastic for creating professional looking, proportionally sized diagrams
  • Commonly used for making objects 1/2, 1/3 or 1/4 the size of a reference object.

Snap Align
Automatically aligns objects side-by-side with no gap in between.

  • Instantly align textboxes or textbox & images side-by-side.

Fit to Slide
Resizes the selected object to either the slide size, width or height.

  • Great for making cover pages quickly.
  • Great for making full width & full height textboxes (e.g. for quotes)
